Nach de Studium der Rechtswissenschaften an der Bundesuniversit\u00e4t Rio de Janeiro hat Prof. Dr. Ricardo Sichel einen Master im gewerblichen Eigentum von der Westf\u00e4lischen Wilhelms-Universit\u00e4t M\u00fcnster erhalten (1995). Im Jahre 2002 ist seine Promotion im europ\u00e4ischen Patentrecht ebenfalls an der Westf\u00e4lischen Wilhelms-Universit\u00e4t M\u00fcnster erfolgt. Von Juli 1984 bis zu seiner Pensionierung im August 2019 ist er als Bundesanwalt in der Bundesanwaltschaft bei dem brasilianischen Patentamt t\u00e4tig gewesen.<\/p>\n

Prof. Dr. Sichel ist au\u00dferordentlicher Professor an der Fakult\u00e4t f\u00fcr Rechtswissenschaften der Bundesuniversit\u00e4t des Staates Rio de Janeiro UNIRIO. Im November 2023 ist er dort zum ordentlichen Professor berufen worden. Ab Oktober 2007 bis April 2009 hat er die Rechtsabteilung des brasilianischen Patentamtes geleitet.\u00a0 <\/span>Von M\u00e4rz bis Dezember 2009 hat er an dem Kurs \u201eAdvanced Studies in Politics and Strategy\u201c (CAEPE) an der Escola Superior de Guerra teilgenommen und dort eine Arbeit zum Thema geistigen Eigentums vorgelegt. Vom 1. M\u00e4rz 2010 bis zum 20. Juli 2010 ist er Direktor der Schule f\u00fcr Verwaltung der Fakult\u00e4t f\u00fcr rechts- und politikwissenschaften der Bundesuniversit\u00e4t des Staates Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO) gewesen.<\/p>\n
