Debora is a professor at Federal Law School of Rio de Janeiro, where she teaches bussines law.  Her research focuses on the institutional design and administration of the Intellectual Property system in Brazil, with a special focus on the business litigation in federal Brazilian courts.

PhD in Innovation and sociology with over 20 years of experience. Debora is a Member of the Brazilian Bar Association.

Professor Sichel is fluent in English, German and Portuguese.
